GILCHRIST COUNTY SURPLUS VEHICLE
The Board of County Commissioners of Gilchrist County, Florida is requesting BIDs for a 1995 Freightliner Ambulance (Aero), VIN # 1FV3GFBC7SL611720. This ambulance has a reserve price of $500.00.
A dollar amount for the ambulance is to be submitted in writing in order for the BID to be accepted and considered. Also listed on the BID submission, must be listed the name of the bidder, and the VIN # of the vehicle you are bidding on. Please note, the ownership of the ambulance will be transferred to the highest bidder, (above the reserve price), in its current “as is” state and the successful bidder will have seven (7) days to move the ambulance, at his/her expense, from the County’s property. Payment for ambulance will only be accepted in the form of cash or a cashier’s check.
To visually inspect the “Ambulance” contact the road department @ (352) 463-3223, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday, the vehicle is located at 1770 US Highway 129, Bell, FL 32619. BIDS must be submitted to the office of the County Administrator, located at 209 SE 1st Street, Trenton, FL 32693, via in person or by delivery service. They may also be submitted via email to email@example.com. BID submission deadline is July 20, 2017 @ 2:00 pm (local time). Late bids will not be accepted and will not be considered for award recommendation. SUBMITTED BID MUST HAVE THE VIN # LISTED ON THE OFFER THAT IS TURNED IN.
