Hart Springs Pool Deck Repair and Renovation
Pool Located at Hart Springs, 4240 SW 86th Avenue, Bell FL 32619
All Applicants must contact Mitchell Gentry at 352-463-3444 to visual inspect needed pool repairs no later than September 21, 2018 to be allowed to bid.
Applicant requirements;
1) Pressure wash deck
2) Replace railing anchors in shallow end of pool.
3) Install new non skid no diving title.
4) Repair cracks in pool deck.
5) Finish and coat entire deck to a smooth finish.
6) Spray new texture on deck.
7) Seal deck to color chosen by County Representative.
8) Applicant is responsible for all materials and equipment need for job.
9) Applicant will be expected to start no later than 30 calendar days of bid
award.
