Tigers defeat Bronson in Homecoming 2018

The Trenton Tigers defeated the Bronson Eagles 37-6 Friday night to celebrate Homecoming 2018. The Tigers had their best effort of the season as the offense totaled 346 yards and six Tiger players contributed to score points. Trenton’s Zachary Braswell was named the Player of the Game on Offense as the freshman running back rushed 4 carries for 54 yards scoring 2 touchdowns. Nathan Lovelace was named the Tigers’ Defensive Player of the Game as the senior had 6 total tackles, and 2 for loss in the win. Wyatt Lovelace was named the Tigers’ Overall Player of the Game. Cole Hafner was named the Tigers’ Special Teams Player of the Game.
The Tigers and Eagles played the first half, in the third period, game officials stopped the game when lightning and rainy weather moved into the area.
The Tigers will travel to Newberry Friday night to take on the Panthers. This game will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. Go Tigers.
