Georgia man dies while cave diving at Ginnie Springs

A Georgia man died Saturday while scuba diving in Devil’s System at Ginnie Springs. An experienced cave diver, John Louis Gregory, 63, of Marietta, Georgia, is believed to have had a medical emergency that led to his death. Lt. Fanning Springs Council approves EMS construction bid

The Fanning Springs City Council held their January regular meeting on Tuesday, January 6. The Council chairman turned the meeting over to Judge Sheree H. Lancaster as she presented the Oath of Office to the newly elected officials. The Council elected Paul Chase to repeat as chairman. Jane Nogaki was elected by a unanimous vote to be the vice chair. Super Bowl doesn’t warrant Sunday alcohol sales
