Students shine in “North Pole Musical”

  The Trenton Elementary School stage was filled with talent last weekend as students in the Trenton Drama Club put on three outstanding performances of “North Pole Musical.” Under the direction of Krista Perryman, the Christmas show was a delight. Human remains found in north Gilchrist County

The Gilchrist County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that human remains were found near the Gilchrist/Suwannee county line on Thursday, Dec. 11. Lt. Jeff Manning, public information officer for the Gilchrist County Sheriff’s Office, said positive identification has not been made on the remains that were found. Holiday Inn Express moves forward

The Fanning Springs City Council held a special meeting on December 11, 2014 to discuss and approve a development order agreement for the proposed Holiday Inn Express.
