Charlee Hines wins Creative Life Skills with homemade jelly

Charlee Hines with a little help from her grandmother made a batch of grand champion Strawberry Wine Jam and took home the over all life skills prize. Reserve Grand Champion Cow Calf Pair. Trenton FFA Alumni and Supporters recently hosted their annual cake auction in order to raise funding and support for the Trenton FFA chapters. Ryan James MacLean THS Valedictorian Ryan James MacLean was named the 2019 Trenton High School Valedictorian. Ryan earned a GPA of 101.18 while attending high school. Bell High School Bulldog JROTC Cadets Excel in Academics

Over half of the Bell High School Bulldog Battalion earned the prestigious purple and gold cord for having a 3.0+ (B) grade point average. Trenton Sr. FFA team placed first in District Land Judging event

Gilchrist County FFA participated in the 2019 Land Judging event held on Friday, February 1. The judging event was hosted by the Levy County Soil & Water Conservation District. 2019 Walk-A-Thon raises $16,119 for Education

The Education Foundation of Gilchrist County Board Members were more than pleased with the outcome of the annual Walk-A-Thon held on Saturday. This year’s event moved from the traditional location at the county courthouse to the Depot in Trenton. The Teacher and Employee of the Year for Gilchrist County School District was announced at the January 28, Gilchrist County Rotary meeting.
