Trenton Music Student Earns Superior Rating at State Solo and Ensemble MPA

Over Spring Break, Ethan Carter, a 9th grade student at Trenton Middle/High School competed in the Florida Bandmaster Association’s State Solo and Ensemble MPA Competition at the University of North Florida. The Mitchell brothers have done it again, this time Briar Mitchell’s homegrown market steer, “Payday,” took the Reserve Champion spot in the Homegrown Fat Steer Show. Gilchrist youth take Primary Swine Showmanship event held Monday

A good crowd showed up at the Suwannee River Fair Pavilion on Monday morning to watch the Swine Showmanship competition. The event Judge was Paul Wigley of Calhoun County,  Georgia.
