Area Packs 14,888 shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child

By Cindy Jo Ayers Christmas boxes for Samaritan’s Purse’s Operation Christmas Child  from churches in Gilchrist, Levy and Dixie Counties were trucked into the collection site at Bethel Baptist Church. Bell Concrete Products is one of Gilchrist County’s oldest continuous businesses. Jack Smith and Mike Hayes teamed up to buy Bell Concrete in 1972 after it had been closed for several years. SSgt. Jon Raegan Guzman Retires from Army
