A bright future was ahead for a 20-year-old Chiefland man who died in a two-vehicle accident on Thursday, Feb. 12 at 1:35 in the morning. Bell’s Kelsie Parrott signs with LaGrange College

Bell High School senior Kelsie Parrott will be attending LaGrange College in the fall majoring in Elementary Education and playing softball for the Lady Panthers.
