A bright future was ahead for a 20-year-old Chiefland man who died in a two-vehicle accident on Thursday, Feb. 12 at 1:35 in the morning. Bell High School senior Kelsie Parrott will be attending LaGrange College in the fall majoring in Elementary Education and playing softball for the Lady Panthers.
