Hutto signs with St. John’s River State College

Surrounded by her family members, a smiling Shelbie Hutto signed a Letter of Intent to play softball at St. John’s River State College on Friday at the Bell High School Auditorium. The daughter of Shawn and June Hutto, Shelbie is a 2015 graduate of Bell High School.   Full Story »

THS seniors sign athletic scholarships

  Trenton High School held a college signing day on Friday, May 15 for several scholar athletes in the Trenton High School auditorium. Briana Whatley and Amber Holder both signed with Bryan College for cheerleading. Bryan College is located in Dayton, Tennessee and it is where their cheer coach Christine Smith cheered in college. Lady Bulldogs fall short in state final four

For the second straight year the Bell Lady Bulldogs softball team traveled to Vero Beach to compete in the Class 1A State Tournament. Lady Bulldogs play in state semi-finals

On Friday, May 1st, the Lady Bulldogs hosted the Lafayette Hornets in the Region 3-1A final. The Hornets had dominated Bell this season in two previous games, allowing only 1 run. This game would be different. Las Vegas might have had a middleweight fight Saturday but a heavyweight slug- fest broke out in Bell on this night. Full Story »

Bell Bulldogs will go to State

The Bell High School Track and Field Team sent 20 Bulldog student-athletes to the Florida District 1A Regional Track Meet in Orlando on Thursday, April 23rd. Eleven track members received 8th place or better in the final competitions of their events and six athletes qualified for the Florida State Track Competition that will be held in Jacksonville on May 1st. ... What’s better than three straight district titles? Four. On Friday night the Bell Lady Bulldogs continued their dominance by defeating Hilliard 8-3 for their fourth straight District 6-1A softball championship. The Trenton Lady Tigers got a late game blast scoring 4 runs in two innings to take the lead and the victory over visiting Dixie County Bears Friday night in Trenton. The Bell Lady Bulldogs were on top of their game Friday evening as they defeated the Lady Tigers of Trenton 6-5. Bell took a 1-0 lead in the first inning.
